2022 End of Season Banquet - RSVP Required Below

Details:

Date:  March 30th

Time:  7:00-9:00PM

Location:  Olathe South Commons (main space near the Falcons Nest). 

Evening includes dinner, awards, photos for players to take upon conclusion, and a wrap up of the season.  Coaches and players will have meals provided.  All family members including siblings are $10/each.  Catering provided by Fajita Pete's and custom cookies by Mackenzie's Cookies.  For proper count, we need everyone who plans to attend the banquet to RSVP using this form (players and coaches do not need to RSVP so do NOT include them in your count when submitting your form). 

Two methods to to pay listed below.  Include the same name of the individual in the Venmo notes or in the memo of the check as entered in the RSVP:

  1. By Venmo to @LadyFalconsbb (see QR below) or

  2. Send check made to Lady Falcons Booster Club with the correct amount to give to Raegan Halliday (may drop off with Coach Allen if unable to connect with Raegan).
