Coach Hoffman is starting her 8th year as a coach in the Olathe South Lady Falcon program .  Previously she was an Assistant Varsity Coach at Olathe South, Shawnee Mission East, and at McPherson High School. Since that time, she has worked with various youth programs in both districts as well as with her own children. Coach Hoffman served three years as the Athletic Director at Pioneer Trail Middle school during her time there as a 7th grade science teacher. Coach Hoffman currently teaches AP Biology and Biology at Olathe South.

She is married to Chad Hoffman, Freshmen counselor at OS, and together they have four children – Coby, Kylie, Jack and Hank.

John (Jay) has been coaching youth sports for over 16 years.  A father of 5, Jay has coached competitive teams in basketball, baseball, softball, soccer, and football.  Jay’s primary sport has been basketball utilizing his background including playing at the collegiate level.  His focus has always been to teach core fundamentals and teamwork values to help athletes improve their skills and knowledge of the sport.  Jay has coached at multiple club levels including 8 years with the Shock program and most recently with Kansas Elite.

He is married to Mary Kay Halliday and together they have five children - Avery, Ethan, Jarrett, Raegan, and Hayden.
